Pets are prohibited except within the following restrictions. A Pet Agreement must be signed. Two (2) Pets per apartment with pet weight limit of 85lbs per pet. Pet must be at least one year old. In addition to monthly pet rent, a non-refundable pet fee will be required prior to occupancy in the amount of: $400 for one pet and $600 for two.
